I was putting away the pounds and not understanding why! The cake, bread and crackers that I snacked on were now sneaking up on me and landing directly on my hips, stomach and waistline. I had never heard of the 17Day Diet and thought that if I could survive the 17 day diet and be 20 pounds lighter (or even 10 pounds) it would be wonderful.

As a plan of attack I will each day tell you how I survived the 17 day diet.
Day 1
Each day I will affirm what I will do
- i will eat fresh fruit and vegtables
- I will exercise minimum 17 minutes
- I will walk for min 20 minutes
- I will drink 8 glasses of water a day
