My 17 Day Diet Begins

I have never been a 'big' person so when I reached my 50th birthday and found that I could not eat what I wanted to, I was astonished.

I was putting away the pounds and not understanding why! The cake, bread and crackers that I snacked on were now sneaking up on me and landing directly on my hips, stomach and waistline. I had never heard of the 17Day Diet and thought that if I could survive the 17 day diet and be 20 pounds lighter (or even 10 pounds) it would be wonderful.

Quick results and common sense eating is what attracted me. That coupled with a easy to understand well planned book and I was on my way.


As a plan of attack I will each day tell you how I survived the 17 day diet.






Day 1

Each day I will affirm what I will do
  • i will eat fresh fruit and vegtables
  • I will exercise minimum 17 minutes
  • I will walk for min 20 minutes
  • I will drink 8 glasses of water a day
and then let everyone know how I did!
