My 17 day Diet - Day 3

Have a Can-Do Attitude
Day 3 -

Affirmations
I will eat from the 17 Day diet menu plan
I will drink 8 glasses of water today
I will exercise 17 minutes today
I will walk for minimum 20 minutes

Breakfast -
So far today
  •  - 1 poached egg
  • - lemon water
Finding that the lemon water is replacing my usual tea. And the tea is a trigger for titillating sugary treats!

Starting weight 175
Todays weight 171
Loss - 4 pounds

Its amazing to feel that I REALLY want the 5 pound goal! I know I can do it and having a Can-Do attitude helps!

You thoughts? What is your survival mechanism when the weight isn't coming off? Mine is tracking the loss. It seems to spurr me on!
